Pros: Fast backhaul, good prices, great support.

Cons: None yet

Comments: Only had this for a few months but no problems at all. The reason I changed to them from another small supplier was international speeds: Aussie uses the Telstra backhaul and works much better for non-Australian sites.

There was a question about features in the review form, but I'd rather not pay for stuff like email addresses that I'll never use.

So overall, very happy.

Pros: Australians in Australia

Cons: They are in Victoria (sorry)

Comments: The support rocks. They are switched on and don't pass you on.
Our Wi-Fi speed is 7 x times faster than Telstra ever was on all our devices at the same time - woo hoo. Very happy and saving money. Tried the big boys who have never fully delivered and we should have switched years ago. No surfing rationing now.

Comments: As a unknown small company in a large competitive field i feel that Aussie BB are going to do well if they keep up to their promises as I have experienced when I have contacted them. It is good to here an Australian voice instead of the usual overseas help which everyone is accustomed to

Pros: NBN service "up to 25Mbps" delivers average of 23.8bps with no slow periods during the day

Cons: None found

Comments: Note - "Connection Speed" question requires a 0-2 answer because the 23.8 Mbps I get is consistently lower than "up to 25Mbps" I think you need to change the question because I'm very happy with a consistent 23.8Mbps

Pros: Aussie Broadband staff very polite and efficent

Cons: A.B Provisions Team could be more proactive when expediting complkaints

Comments: It took 3 week to activate the system. NBN Co. kept referring me to AB.(my provider).
NBN have many problems and Bill Morrows NBN CEO is unable to resolve the issues. I had to contact the Tele.Comm Ombudsman to resolve my problem. AB should have been more proactive at supporting me.

Pros: Friendly staff, eager to help. Reliable connection, am seeing 90% what i'm rated at

Cons: None as yet

Comments: Aussie Broadband have given me no reason to be unsatisfied yet! Their staff has always been friendly, but i've never tested their technical support (as i've had no problems!) I can download at about 90% of my rated connection, which is much higher than i was anticipating. I realise that is area specific tho. Definately recommend.
