Affordable and reliable
Affordable, reliable, good referral program, customer service quick
Ive only need technical support once, thw support wasnt great, I figured out the problem on my own.
Overall, very happy with spintel and don't plan to go anywhere. Really good value for money, and the support is there if needed.

Internet access was patchy, always dropping out at anytime day or night.
Internet access was patchy, always dropping out at anytime day or night? Was unable to complete respondus lockdown browser for class exams due to unstable network connection. Was told that, that always happens no matter where you live. Could not stream movies or or internet games, as there was not enough internet or due to lagging.

Good cost effective broadband option
Cost effective plan
Unstable connection during busy periods of the evening
This is a good cost effective broadband plan. The technical and customer service have been easy to deal with on the occasions we have needed them.
The connection does however become unreliable during busy evening periods and will drop out from time to time.

Not Many Options for those in new Estates
Normal Pricing, Never Outages, Fast Enough Never Think About It
Not Cheap, Not many NBN options
Fast Enough to power multiple devices, Computers and TV's at once, never goes out and very polite billing and customer service if you miss a payment.
